Honey Baked Ham Company in Albany

I called a head because, so I wouldn't have to waste all my lunch there. I had to wait several minutes, that shouldn't happen. Or calling in an order is pointless. Time should be a high priority always.

Courteous customer service, clean environment with indoor and outdoor seating! Located in Westover Crossing Plaza

The classic ham sandwich is the absolute best. Not to mention great service. My only complaint is the lack of noise...play some music or something

Very good sandwiches

Well I've been to this place twice, and haven't tasted to much the what I have tried it were pretty good...

I ordered a roast beef with havarti cheese, tomato, lettuce, and mayonnaise on marble rye through my work as our principal was buying used lunch. HBH must have made it the night before and they made it wrong. The bread was stale, the roast beef was processed, there was no havarti, and they used honey mustard. I only took a few bites. I got it free and I didn't eat it. I wouldn't spend my money.

Place was just ok. Ordered the Turkey, sliced on a salad plate with tomato, onion and lettuce. Ranch dressing. The Turkey was hard and lettuce was not very good. All wide leaves as I do prefer the Iceberg. I was more disappointed with the Turkey being hard and tough Think the ham might be good, but stay away from the Turkey. I also had the brocolli and cheese soup that was really good. 3 stars.

The ham and mashed potatoes were great

Had lunch from here a couple of times and I havent had any problems. Staff is always courteous and helpful. I will continue to patronize this establishment. Keep up the good work.

Just made a large lunch order for my company. We were having trouble getting the fax through so we called. They asked that we take a photo and text it and the order was ready in 20 minutes. That's GREAT customer service in my opinion - going the extra mile to help get an order placed.

The chicken salad is THE BEST in Albany. Plus, I've been going so long, my food is always ready as soon as I walk in. The staff rocks!

The food is good, but my brother and I have severe peanut allergies and they could not promise that the CHOCOLATE CHIP cookies we wanted did not have any peanut residue. Apparently they use the same pans and everything for baking them

The older African American lady was very rude. I asked a question and she seemed to not want to be there. I took my money elsewhere. If I wanted bad customer service I would have chose McDonald’s.

This place is always booming! Great customer service love the food, especially the potato soup! Great for winter day. I only wish they could clean off the tables a little more. Okay, I will admit it I don't like sitting in somebody else's crumbs.😉

I have always liked this place. I like that they have a variety of everything and I think its worth the money. I went in last week and got 3 boxes and we all enjoyed them. I will be going back again soon.

Great place to have lunch. Also they have catering which I will be using for my son and his fiance couples shower. Very responsible prices for the quality of the food. Excellent selection of sandwiches, potato and pasta salads. Whole hams and all the tasty sides to go with it. I have been eating there for better than 10 years and never not even once have I been disappointed.
